Founded back in 2015 in the heart of Scotland, Case Warehouse specialise in phone case production using the state of the art print methods.
Being an Amazon and eBay seller for over 5 years, Case Warehouse wanted to grow more direct sales from its website and build more brand awareness. To do this, the brand needed to get more strategic about their marketing and get more targeted with their efforts.
After working closely with Case Warehouse, our team of digital marketing experts conducted a full site audit and analysis to inform a suggested marketing strategy. We identified three key aims: increase organic traffic, improve conversion rate and increase sales.
Initially, the site had very little organic visibility, so the main objective was on-page optimisation, our SEO experts established high ranking keywords and weaved these into the site copy to generate traffic. And we also improved the site’s information architecture and enhanced their internal linking structure.
With Case Warehouse struggling to drive traffic to their site through email, our team of email marketing specialists overhauled and refined the brand’s strategy by leveraging the power of Klaviyo. This has enabled the brand to communicate with their customers in a much more targeted and personal way based on customer information and online activity.
Additionally, Klaviyo’s deep integration to Facebook allowed us to use the two channels side-by-side and capture data in a way that Case Warehouse never had done before. In particular, the integration allowed us to retarget customers who had purchased from the store and create lookalikes of those audiences.
Also, we transformed the look and feel of Case Warehouse’s email campaigns. Using innovative and interactive designs to bring the brand to life in a way that their audience enjoys.
With a majority of the brand’s audience made up of Millennials and Gen Zers, we recommended influencer marketing as another great way to drive traffic and earn customer loyalty. From the start, we identified and established relationships with the micro-influencers, and designed a bespoke influencer campaign around the brand.
To further drive engaged traffic and boost brand awareness, we also managed Case Warehouse’s paid social media channels, where we A/B test content to see optimum results and draw conclusions on popular product lines.
In the 6 months Velstar took over Case Warehouse’s marketing, the brand saw a significant increase in traffic to their site and extended its product offering. Additionally, thanks to Velstar’s email marketing expertise the brand saw a 368% increase in email open rate.
