The Solution
We migrated Personalised Co from WooCommerce to a bespoke Shopify Plus store and implemented a custom-built quiz that uses an advanced algorithm to determine which nutritional products are right for a customer based on their specific health needs and goals.
In conjunction with the quiz, we implemented the leading subscription platform, Recharge, to drive recurring revenue and allow customers to subscribe to receive their personalised supplements after completing the quiz. Also, we integrated the email marketing platform, Klaviyo, so the quiz can be used to gather customer data, with user preferences and data points saved to enable segmentation and tailored comms. Since launching on Shopify Plus, our partnership with Personalised Co continues, as we help to refine and optimise the customer experience.
