Then, to enable Pyjamas.com to reward their loyal customers and boost retention rates, we created a new and exciting loyalty program alongside our partners at LoyaltyLion.
We crafted an integrated search strategy using SEO and PPC to drive new customers and increase online orders. This included creating high performing Google AdWords and Google Shopping campaigns focusing on the highest value and best-performing products. And, we conducted extensive keyword research and used this information to optimise site content, including product descriptions, meta descriptions, and blog content.
What’s more, to boost CLV and enable highly personalised communication with customers, we leveraged the marketing tool, Klaviyo, and set up email automation and list segmentation based on user behaviour. And finally, we created targeted paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram and partnered with authentic influencers to increase reach and engagement.
