On top of designing and building You Know Who’s new Shopify store, we put together an ecommerce marketing plan focusing on both customer acquisition and retention. A key part of this was PPC, of which we fully embraced all options on offer from Paid Search Ads to Display and Product Listing Ads. In addition, with 70% of their target market for Google users focused on organic search, we leveraged SEO, which included data-led keyword research, link building and content creation on key landing pages.
Next, we implemented a strategic paid and organic social media campaign to engage customers, create brand advocates and drive direct-to-consumer sales. Also, with influencer marketing being a key revenue generator for fashion brands, we identified and built relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness, maximising reach, and ROI. And, we integrated the email marketing app, Klaviyo, to create highly impactful and engaging email flows based on customer behaviour.
