Velstar Celebrates Another Exciting Milestone!

We’re so happy to share that we have joined forces with a second agency! Following the purchase of the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) specialist, WeTeachCRO, we have now completed our second acquisition in less than two years.

This marks an exciting chapter for us  as we can now provide our clients with an even wider range of great services, including comprehensive CRO solutions. Plus, we welcome aboard both an impressive roster of new clients including Twinings, Big Issue, GoDaddy and Nando’s, and seven equally impressive new team members!

Speaking about the acquisition, our Marketing MD, Graham Withe, said:

“Matt and his team have built a strong business that aligns with Velstar’s long term goals, allowing us to expand our services to new and existing clients.

“This acquisition will see WeTeachCRO’s staff remain with Velstar, sitting under the marketing division, expanding our services beyond PPC, SEO, social, affiliate and email marketing, reinforcing our commitment to being a ‘partner in commerce’, building, growing and scaling brands of all sizes.”

WeTeachCRO’s Founder and Director of Optimisation, Matt Scaysbrook, added:

“Joining forces with Velstar is a testament to our shared vision and commitment to excellence.

“Following substantial interest, and a number of offers, Velstar was the best fit to embark on a new era of innovation and growth, fueled by the collective strength of both agencies, delivering exceptional value.”

We can’t wait to  announce a few more big pieces of news in the coming months, so, watch this space!
