High Street Outlet’s Magento 2 store was failing to handle high peaks in traffic and was becoming increasingly time-consuming to manage. Their site was no longer fit for purpose. With ambitions to scale, they needed to migrate to a platform that was more flexible and efficient. After being awarded a local government grant, High Street Outlet could finally invest in their ecommerce offering and escape their Magento 2 woes, so approached us to help.
We replatformed High Street Outlet from Magento 2 to Shopify Advanced and with a mobile-first approach crafted a new user experience directed towards checkout. We also focused on improving the store’s overall functionality and simplifying content manageability, so it was easier to maintain post-launch.
What’s more, we implemented a future-proofed tech stack, including the leading email automation platform, Klaviyo to enable High Street Outlet to continually engage with their customers and build long-lasting relationships across their owned channels
Free from Magento, High Street Outlet’s in-house team now have more time and resources to focus on what’s important; scaling their direct-to-consumer sales. We look forward to continuing our partnership to support their next phase of growth.
