As a newly established ecommerce brand, Santo Remedio needed a platform that would contribute to both the growth of the business and co-founder Dr Juan, as well as a marketing strategy to drive sales and build an engaged community of customers, so turned to us for help.
We created a sleek new Shopify Plus store, optimising the user experience by emphasising the story behind the brand and their products. Leveraging the subscription app, Recharge, the site was complete with a bespoke subscription service that seamlessly directs customers towards checkout, driving revenue and increasing average order value (AOV).
Once the site was live, we were then able to drive traffic and scale Santo Remedio’s direct-to-consumer sales with a full growth strategy. This included SEO and PPC to help boost organic visibility, and leveraging the marketing automation platform, Klaviyo to create highly personalised email and SMS campaigns for online events such as welcome series, cart abandonment flows, and post-purchase.
