Inspired by our client portfolio, they asked us to give their dated Shopify store a makeover. Here's our achievements since launch:

The solution

When Brampton Chase came to us, they were using an out-of-the-box Shopify theme but had their sights set on transforming their store into an elegant brochure-like experience where customers can only purchase product samples. What’s more, they required a custom stockist locator to help drive B2C sales.

We crafted a new user experience that better reflected the brand and their premium products. And simplified the navigation, allowing users to explore the flooring catalogues with ease and with minimal distractions. 

When it came to the product pages, these were custom-built, and we wanted to make them as detailed as possible so customers can find the information they are looking for quickly. Finally, we built an easy-to-manage store locator which is visible throughout the user journey to drive customers to the brand’s retail stockists once they’ve purchased their samples. 

We continue to work with Brampton Chase to optimise their digital experience, as well as help drive their B2C sales offline.
